Humans need nutrition to survive, one of the cheap foods that can be enjoyed by the

community is Angkringan. Of course, this one place to eat is very familiar to all of us.

Cheap food that is tasty and filling. Eating is even more delicious because it is accompanied

by the voices of street singers who proudly show their sweet voices.

Maybe many people only know that angkringan is identical to Nasi Kucing,

but not only that but there are many others such as tofu meatballs, fried foods,

various satays from skin to intestine satay.

Indonesia is known as a country with fertile soil and diverse resources that stretches

from Sabang to Merauke. Typical food of each region is also very tempting to eat.

Solo and Yogyakarta are very famous areas with many angkringan sellers.

If we have five thousand rupiah, we don't have to hesitate to eat at the angkringan,

because the money is enough. I once spent no less than ten thousand rupiah to buy

an angkringan, at that time I wanted to eat with various kinds of side dishes but

I realized that there was very little money. Finally I went to Angkringan to take Nasi Kucing,

Gorengan, Scallop satay, intestine satay and quail egg satay with that much food.

I only paid nine thousand rupiah. That is one of the reasons why the cost of living

in these two areas is classified as very cheap. The famous angkringan in the Solo area

is the Angkringan which is lined up on the highway behind the Indonesian

Art Institute (ISI) Surakarta.

Angkringan is not only food for the middle to lower economic community but is food

from various circles. Not infrequently I see luxury cars parked on the side of the road

to enjoy snacks at angkringan. Even if the weekend comes, the back streets of ISI

are very busy filled with young people who spend their free time eating angkringan

while chatting with friends and even their families or those who are spending time meeting

and chatting with their girlfriends.
